Welding Electrodes AWS E6010

Introduction:AWS E6010 is a kind of Cellulose-Na type welding electrodes,special for DC.It adopts advanced foreign tchnology.It has deep-penetrating ARC,few slags,easy detachability,high welding efficient ,beautiful performance properties.It can be used for welding in all position,vertical up and down position welding etc.It can reach the effect that one side welding both sides formation.

 

Application:Mainly for welding carbon steel pipe or the same material ,backing weld/filling weld/cosmetic weld for the steel structure bottom.

 

Attention:

It is easy to expose to moisture,please keep it in dry condition.It needs heating when the package breaks or moisture absorbed,heating temperature should be between 70℃ to 80℃,heating time should be from 0.5 to 1 hour.When usingΦ5.0mm welding electrodes ,it’s better to use high-thrust,low-current,in order to enhance welding performance.
