Water bath heater

Water bath heater is widely used in oil drilling to heat crude oil mixture. It is composed of burner, fire tube, flue tube and heating coil tube.
The water bath heater we provide is oil/gas fueled and electro/pneumatic controlled.

2. Mechanism:
Heat is transfered from fire source to fire tube, then to coil-tube exchanger in which flows low-temperature medium to be heated.

And now we also have the certificate of ISO9001-2000idt.Jiangnan Boilers productive capacity has reached 3000 tons per year. We manufactures the internal parts of DN1000 synthetic tower, supplying series of pressure vessels such as exchanger, reaction vessel, separator, storage and delivery vessel for chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, medicine, oil and chemical industries.
