The system adopts importing famous brand industrial computer namely programmable controlling machine which is mainly made up of Siemens PLC, Schneider electric machine, electronic sensor，advanced control soft and program, it can truly achieve automation and modeling of overall equipment operation, and can truly make them happen: The dynamic display of overall production interface, automatic operation, automatic revision, automatic alarm and providing all kinds of reports, data and management report. It is the most advanced and effective automatic control system.

Xinxiang Sanyang Machinery Equipment Factory was established in 2004. Which specializes in developing and manufacturing a whole set of dry powder mortar equipment and related products,Our products now include tower type, planar type and ladder type premixed mortar production line.These products have been exported to Pakistan,India,United States and other many countries.We are located in Weihui,Henan Province ,China , convenient land and air transportation ,close to Xinzheng Airport .occupying an area of 22,000 square meters ,With fixed assets of 8 million Yuan,There are 115 staff, including 25 engineers and 6 senior engineers. In recent years, our factory has established Sanyang Dry Mixing Plant Technology Institute in Xinxiang and have developed international leading level of the JHA - V five-axis heaveho mixe,radvanceddual-spiral ribbonl mixers, dual-axis paddle gravity-free mixers and efficient knife-and-coulter mixers through the research and development of new techniques on dry mix at home and abroad, continuous improvement and innovation as well as cooperation with related experts. Besides, those products bear some unique advantages, including reasonable structure, easy usage, energy-saving function, environmental friendliness and easy maintenance.
