Product performance:
The product is manufactured through welding or metal casting, and the loosing part is sealed by echelon ring rubber. Operated by gland and bolt and based on the principle of rubber`s elastic deformation under pressure, the seal ring will be deformed and static seal will be done between joint body and expansion pipe wall. According to clients demand and product performance, metal and seal ring mate- rails will be selected strictly. High- strength antifouling paint is painted outside and the joint bolt is made of high- strength carbon steel or stainless steel, since there is some space between body and expansion, so axes and radial displacement will appear. Inside pipes, it becomes available to compensate and release pipe blind plate propulsion and makes it easy to maintain and change pump and valve. Therefore, it is an ideal matching product for pipes installation and operation.
Applicable Scope:
The metal product is functioned with pull and pres-sure resistance and excellent seal performance and easy installation. Hence it is widely used in power, metallurgy, drainage and sewage disposal to connect pump, vale and pipe, etc. It also has some multi-directional displacement during pipes operation so as to release blind plate propulsion and protect pipes, especially it makes it easy to install and maintain pipes. However, force- transferring joints shall be used on the pipe corner and pump exit, because, the joints can transfer blind plate propulsion from pump start to pump and pipe through force- transferring bolt and prevent pull to centralize close to pipe or pipe or damage equipment by impact force.
