Saw dust dryer consists of special furnace, feed port, and revolving cylinder, dust catcher, material delivery pipe, and discharge port and so on. The revolving cylinder locates at the driving roller which drives the revolving drum slowly by electric motor and speed reducing belt. There is feed port between special furnace and revolving cylinder. Wet saw dusts are fed by feed device into the inner layer of the rotary cylinder where downstream drying is achieved. The materials is shoveled and dispersed by lifting plate to do heat exchange in screw movement forward. The material move to the another end of inner layer and enter into the middle layer where counter flow drying is realized, and the material is winnowed repeatedly and make its way two steps forward and one back. During this period, materials can fully absorb the heat given by both the inner and middle revolving cylinder, meanwhile, the drying time is extended, which can make the material perfectly dried. The materials moves to the end of the middle layer and falls into the out layer, where the material make it way inform of rectangle multiple chains, and finished drying material moves rapidly and is discharge out of the drum under the action of the heat wind, while the moisture material can’t move fast because of deadweight, and is fully dried inside the rectangle lift plate. The combined action of fan and revolving cylinder makes the sawdust boiling and fluidization in the barrel. The hot wind and the material contacts fully, and the material is dried. This model is of simple structure and easy operation.
