Product features
l High efficiency
Because of the high content of red phosphorus (≥70 %), small adding will achieve high flame reatardancy. For example, adding 8%-9% FRP-750 to PA, the flame retardancy will be V-0 at 0.8mm according to UL-94.
l Good mechnical property
Due to the low dosage needed to achieve UL-94 V0 class (approx. 5.6-7.2% by weight as pure red phosphorus), they show low impact on mechanical properties.
l New type carrier
We use a new type compatilizer as the carrier for micro-encapsulated red phosphorus, this is our exclusive technology in China.
l Fine powder
The average red phosphorus grain size is approximately 100 um.

Non-hologennated, reach SGS and RoSH requirments.
