Permanent-Magnetic Roller Separators

The equipment is a countercurrent roller magnetic separator specially designed for heavy-medium coal separation factories to reclaim magnetic medium. The magnetic density distribution of the equipment is good to reach the best reclaiming results for superfine power. The suitable structure of the equipment, which can produce rational mineral pulp flow, remarkably enhances the reclaiming rate of magnetic minerals. The equipment is highly adaptable to parameter changes in material flow,concentrantion etc.and widely used in heavy-medium coal separation factories.
The equipment makes use of the magnetic force generated from the permanent magnet to attract the magnetic minerals mixed in the mineral pulp to the roller surface. The magnetic minerals rotate with the roller and are removed out of the equipment with gravity force and the scraper while the non-magnetic materials will be discharged from the gangue outlet.
