Fine Powder of Oyster Shell for Feed Manufacturing. Over 100 mesh

 

 

Oyster Shell Fine Powder (over 100 mesh) for any types of Feed Manufacturing to substitute for animal bone meal or powder or DCP. 

 

- Free from animal disease because it's oyster shell. 

- Free from salmonella because we do heat-treatment at 450~600 degree celcium during 20 minutes.

- High absorption rate so, very efficient.   It's natural calcium. 

 

Usual test results are ;

 

Crude Ash  89.5% min.  (92~94)

Ca 33% min.  (34~36)

Phosphorus  usually about 0.03%

Lead/Heavy Metal 0.5ppm max.  (about 0.7~0.9ppm)

Mercury 0.5ppm max. (Not detected)

Chrome  100ppm max.  (about 1~2ppm)

Samonella and ELISA : Not detected.  

CaCO3 is about 89.5 ~ 93%   

 

Our production capacity for fine powder is about 50,000mt per year but we can increase more if any buyer confirms a long

term contract.
