Non-Phosphate BPR (Blended Phosphate Replacer)
BPR helps frozen shrimp on more yield and maintains natural shrimp-texture, apprearance and better taste. Overcome all the problems where mixed phosphate or compound phosphate could not.
Advantage of BPR
1.Weight increased during soaking: Improvement of 1-5% compare to phosphate
2.Apperance of cooked shrimp: look clear white, not be transparent not slimy, not swollen.
3.Texture of cooked shrimp: not be tough and cruch, natural, firm and fibrous
4.Colour of cooked shrimp: a bright natural colour from its original colour.
