Multi-mediume sootblower
Design/manufacture standard:In accordance with JB/T8501-1996.
Application position :used for bloeing the deposits and gypsum ash accumulated on flue gas heater(GGH) od desulfurzing equipment .
Principle of Operation: With different working conditions, the blowing medium can be steam (compressed air ) or high pressure water. When the boiler is shut down,low pressure water shall be usede to clean the boiler , After the sootblower is started up ,the lance tube moves forward to its front limit point ,then retracts ,starting blowing step by step . Generally ,the sootblowers at he bottom GGH shall operate in the first place, and the sootblower at upper side of GGH operate later, no matter what the blowing medium is ,steam or water. When using water(hi-pressure of low-presssure) to clean ,the rotating speed of GGH is much lower than that in the blowing time, therefore, the steeping type sootblower shall stay a little longer for each step and blowing according ly. Every time ,only one sootblower can be put in use, no matter what the blowing medium is ,steam (compressed air ) or water (hi/low pressure).
Installation:
Two - point support,i.e. the wallbox casting at the front of sootblower is welded to outside wall of heat exchanging equipment, and the rear support is located near the beam and is affixed to the building steel. A front supported bracket is needed inside GGH for supporting lance tube. The size of maintenance platform depends on the travel distance of sootblower.
