Single Head Eight station rotary Turret type ( LFSAE100) filling machine along with 15 Ltr, capacity SS Hopper, SS filling syringe pump with teflon ring for Liquids and screw and barrel type filling for cream, gel etc with a maximum fill capacity upto 100 gms. Hot air blower mounting brackets moving for heating tubes, sealing jaws, batch printing, no to tube no filling process switch, 0-9 types punches one set, one set
of aluminum sockets (8 Nos) for the tubes of required size, automatic ejection of filled tubes by pneumatic cylinder, 30/ 1 gear box, 1 HP AC 3 Phase / 1 Phase motor, 1440 RPM , Push button start switch panel box with fill- timer mounted on machine cover. Tube feeding is manual and all other operations are completely automatic Output is 16-18 tubes per minute
