Juice & Tea Hot Filling Production Line

RXGF series hot filling line is designed and manufactured for producing PET bottled juice and tea. Filling volume can be changed up to1500 ml. The capacity of this line can be chosen from 5000-36000 bottles per hour (based on 500 ml).
The turnkey project consists of pre-treatment line and production line. Pre-treatment line includes hot water preparing system, solving and clearing system (for tea power), sugar and glue melting system, blending system, membranous filer CIP tank, suppler center of lotion, and others. While production line includes bottle loading system, cap elevating and sterilizing system, material sterilizing system (UHT), filling system, cleaning system (CIP), recycling system, downstream packaging system, and control system.
The main machine, 3-in-1 rinsing/filling/capping machine, is developed in latest technology from Germany and France. Bottles are transferred through clamps of stainless steel. If bottle mouths are the same, it needn�t change parts for filling to different size of bottles. Traditional hydraulic has been replaced by distributor in the filler, with less dirt, easy to wash with less recycling volume.
Capping heads are equipped with constant-torque device to ensure the efficiency of capping. Main motor, electrical components, control valves and transducers are all imported products such as SIEMENS, OMRON and etc. The machine works reliably and efficiently.
