Highly Alkaline Chelated Cleaner

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Welson E-100 is a highly alkaline chelated cleaner for removing burned-on fats and clean all types of deep fat frying equipment, such as donut makers, potato chip machines and deep fat fryers with the exception of those containing aluminum parts.

l Will not harm stainless steel surfaces.

l Can be used effectively in all water conditions.

l Special wetting agent that permits fast penetration and lifting off of stubborn soils  

 

USAGE

Use Welson E-100 12 gms per liter of water. Sprinkle in the total amount of Welson E-100 needed to clean the entire tank. Range or oven parts may be cleaned by immersing in the boiling solution.

SAFETY

Harmful if swallowed- do not induce vomiting. Avoid contact with skin. Keep away from eyes. In case of eye contact, flush with water and seek medical attention immediately.

Welson E-100 is supplied in 20 kg drum.
