HXD-4 Hearth Sootblower

The HXD-4 hearth sootblower is mainly used for blowing and cleaning the accumulative dust and deposits on water-cooled wall of boiler.

 

The HXD-4 sootblower travels to the preset position and stops, starting rotary blowing with one nozzle.

 

According to the character of deposits or dust and the blowing requirements for different locations of boilers, the blowing arc, blowing circles and blowing pressure of HXD-4 sootblowers can be adjusted in order to get the best cleaning effect.

 

The HXD-4 sootblowers mainly consists of poppet valve, feed tube, lance tube and nozzle, gear reducer assembly, support bracket and guide bar assembly, electrical control box, clear control box cover, and so on.
