Brief introduction:

Distilled Monoglyceride is an important and effective food additive because of its emulsification, dispersibility, stabilization, frothing, anti-aging. It is widely applied in food, medicine, pharmacy, plastic, packing industrial, cosmetic and so on. It is a wholly safe food additive. 
It  is water-in-oil emulsifier that is synthesized from oil and glycerin. It is insoluble in cold water but dissolvable in warm ethanol, benzene and propyl alcohol. The GMS content in ordinary synthesized monosterate is about 40%, and it will reach over 90% after distillation.

it is approved as safe food additive by FDA, without dosage limit.

 

Appearance: colorless, transparent, odorless and viscose liquid with sweet taste; can absorb moisture.
