Quartz tube is produced with the advantaged continuous melting method and controlled by automatic control system, with high purity, good spectral transmission, well controlled dimension and low OH. Exhaust tubes with good CPK and are suitable for high-speed streamline producing.
UV-stop quartz tube: This cerium-added quartz tube can effectively prevent all radiation of UV-B and UV-C ultraviolet and most radiation of UV-A ultraviolet.
Used for UV stop halogen lamp, gas discharge lamp, the sleeve for metal halide lamp, effectively protect human and object from hurt of ultraviolet with best transmission.
Ozone-free quartz tube: the surface is transparent and slight purplr of the cut surface.
Doped with Ti, it has a strong ability to prevent dense UV radiation but release no ozone.
The product blocks wavelength<220nm,while transmit over 70% in 253.7nm.
