The materials are fed by feed device into the inner layer of the rotary drum where downstream drying is achieved. The materials is shoveled

and dispersed by lifting plate to do heat exchange in screw movement

forward. The material move to the another end of inner layer and enters

to the middle layer where counter flow drying is realized, and the material is winnowed repeatedly and make its way two steps forward and

one back. During this period, materials can fully absorb the heat given by

under the action of the heat wind, while the moisture material can’t move

fast because of deadweight, and is fully dried inside the rectangle lift plate.
