Dear Sirs, Reference directions of activity of our firm are the activities in the field of deposition of different coatings by gas-termal methods (HVOF and FS) ,vacuum methods (PVD),production of equipments forHVOF deposition (portableset Termika-3 ) and Flame Spray Termika-2,additives forwear-resistance gas-thermal powders (DWC6410). The methods HVOF and FS concern to powder methods of deposition of coatings .It will be used for deposition of rather thick layers (up to several mms) .By the help of these methods of deposition probably to restore worn parts, to put wear-resistancecoatings, the temperature-resistant coatings etc. (ing.A.Shvartsman)In our firm there is a segment of deposition of coatings by vacuum method (Dr.Boris A.Eizner).The method of deposition (PVD) allows to put different kinds thin (up to 100 microns) coatings in vacuum. We use this technology for deposition of wear-resist coatings on a cutting tool, diamond ,CBN and other powders and go on.
