HIGH EFFICIENCY FILLM COATING MACHINE

It is widely used in such fields as of pharmaceutical, foodstuff, biological and chemical industries etc. for coating various tablets, pills and pellets with organic film, water-soluble film, releasing-controlled film and sugar film etc. and also can coat chocolate on sweets.

There is no dust flying-off and no syrup splash when coating so as to improve the working condition, avoid cross pollution, shorten processing time and make the operation easy.         
It is controlled by programmable micro-computer with touch screen showing temperature and negative pressure system with the functions of automatically adjusting most process parameters of flow, negative pressure, in and out put of air, temperature and rotational velocity. Digitalizing operation makes no quality difference between each individual batches by means of same technical parameter inputted.

There are dozens of programs of coating for users to choose, which can be modified at any time when operating.  All the process data and parameters for each batch can be recorded accurately and output for printing. Printer is optional. Batch No.s and item codes can be inputted and printed out.
