Embossing Roller

Embossing cylinders or rollers are applied for creating desired patterns or designs on the surface of manufactured goods as an important part of finishing process.

 

We can supply Emboss Rollers in different materials, Steel, Nickel, Silicon and Super Nickel according to your cylinder drawing.

 

Uaully there is a coolant liquid circulating through the emboss cylinder, but in Super Nickel it is a hot oil that circulate through the roller, becuase in this type the good is sensetive to heat and should be embossed while it is cold temperature.

Nickel rollers are specially designed for creating very fine designs and are durable usually up to a million running meter (of course it depends on the embossing material).
