2,Scope of Application:
Suitable for producing the construction masonry mortar ,plastering mortar, the caking mortar, the anti-crack mortar, the self-leveling floor mortar, the runway, the patching mortar, the highway-patching mortar, the ceramic tile-pointing medicinal preparation, the sealing medicinal preparation, the outer wall flexible putty, the inner wall decoration putty and mixture of many mixes with many materials .
3,Working principle
A large proportion of raw materials such as cement could get into pre-mixing silo through hoister, while a small proportion of raw materials such as cellulose, galantine powder could be put into the admixture hopper through electronic measuring scales. It is more advanced than the simple type, because the valve bag packing machine or open bag packing machine will weigh and pack products automatically after mixing.
4,Characteristic:
a . Good dispersion: the equipment totally solves the problems like low uniformity caused by the proportional weight of material and dead space. It adopts the structure stirred by three spirals, dispersing all kinds of short fiber.
b. Wide usage: it can meet the needs to produce dry mix mortar of different performance requirement
c. Small investment: it bears advantage like the low price, small investment and apparent effectiveness.
d. Easy and convenient usage:the machine occupies small area, easy operation, and low energy consumption producing 5-8t per hour.

5,Configuration:
JHAA1000-2000 is equipped with a three-spiral stirring mixer, a storage silo, with a production of 5-8t per hour. A quantitative automatic packing machine with supporting power: 15.9kw.
6,Feeding inlet:
Two Types:
A. Used in the complete mixing process:in order to connect the feeding device(e.g screw conveyor),we design the connecting port.
B. Used in the manual feeding:in order to operate and clean inside of the body,we design the feeding inlets or doors.
7,Discharging:
The operation of the discharging valve should be convenient and there are two types:manual and electricity driven.
A.The manual of the discharging is operated on the valve and the open extent is controlled by hand freely.
B.The electricity driven discharging valve work under control of electricity control box.
