needles from the cylinder for knit, tuck and miss cams for more patterned jacquard
fabrics;
In consideration of customer requirement, DCJ type of double electronic jacquard knitting machine is manufactured and assembled with famous international components and independent needle selection of 2-position or 3-position, customer may choose own configuration as per market;
Smart encoder of needle position and zero position of frame, auto-compensation against effects of inertia from start-stop; detachable feedback unit and auto zero-reset, all these guarantee the stability of system;
Computerized pattern control for variable complicated patterns, memory available
and easy change of complicated jacquard pattern by touch screen and download function;
The cylinder is made from special alloy steel through precision-engineering and special
heat treatment so that the pattern keys, needle jack and needles could work
precisely and closely in the needle track with less wear and tear;
