Our company manufactures the black carbon series of superior-wear resisance(N200), high-wear resistance(N300), quick-press(N500), and common(N600) of dry process and wet process, maily applied to various rubber products such as tyres, rubber overshoes, cable, seal ring, tape etc. Moreover they can be applied to such relevant industries such as plastic manufacutre.
Our products are N220, N234, N326, N330, N339, N375, N539, N550, N660 etc. Besides, we can manufacture various special hard and soft black carbon according to customers' demands.
N220: Applied to various rubbers with the wear resistance performance 10%-20% higher than that of N330, enabling colloidal-particle rubber to have high tensile strength and high rupture strength, as well as some conductivity, mainly applied to the
N234: Its wear resistance is 10% higher than that of N220, mainly applied to high-speed tyre-surface ruber and and high-quality rubber products.
N326: Having high tensile strength, rupture strength, wear resistance etc, mainly applied the tyres that demand high strength and low heat generation, high-quality rubber industrial products etc.
N330: A black carbon with good reinforcing performance , enabling the colloidal particles to have good tensile performance and rupture performance, wear resistance, elasticity, mainly applied to surface of tyres and other various rubber industrial products.
N339: Having reinforcing performance, wear resistance, rupture strength etc., which is close to those of N220 black carbon, particularly applicable to the combined system of cobutylbenzene rubber and cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, mainly applied to tyres, surface rubber of truck tyres, conveyer belt, rubber pipe and other rubber industrial products with demands for high wear resistance.
N375: Enjoying the basically same performacne with that of N339, and generating a little lower heat than N339, mainly applied to the rubber surface of car tyres, load carrying tyres etc.
N550: Applicalbe to natural rubber and various synthetic rubber, enabling the rubber material to have high anti-deflection performance etc. Moreover, the sulfurized rubber has good high-temperature performance, reinforcing performance, elasticity etc., mainly applied to internal tyre etc.
N539: The rubber using this product will have smooth surface and other good properties. The sulfurized rubber has high tensile strength and elongation rate with lower modulas at a definite elongation than N550 and good elactivity and anti-fatigure performance, mainly applied to the rubber materials for tyres, and other rubber proudcts as well as jacket materialls for wiresa and cables.
N660: Applicable to various rubbers. Compared with semi-reinforcing black carbon, it has higher structure, thinner particles; the sulfurized rubber has high tensile strength, rupture strength, and modulas at a definite elongation, as well as smaller deformation, low heat generation, good elasticity etc., mainly applied to tyres, internal tyres, rubber pine, tapes, cables, shoes etc.
