Configuration

Machine body: Welded structure with tempering treatment, high accuracy, long service life, working steady and durable in heavy load and high duty cycle.

Transmission: Gapless Rack and gear drive by servo motor and gearbox, stable and smooth running in high speed

Bevel Rotator: Unique design bevel rotator, it is capable of cutting accurate bevel profiles on any angle from +45° to -45°, and it is controlled automatically.

Torch height controller and Plasma collision device: achieving consistently good cutting quality, Tayor patent device to reduce collision between plasma torch and plate.

CNC Controller: Hypertherm EDGE Pro

Fastcam Bevel: powerful software, heighten cutting quality, save material

Optional items: Powder marking; Water surface and underwater plasma working table; Push-Pull type working table and dust extraction

 

Function and application

Plasma bevel cutting be able to cut metal sheet with V, Y groove (carbon steel plate, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other nonferrous metals), and widely used in shipbuilding, steel construction, pressure vessels, mechanical treatment, bridge construction, petroleum pipelines, aerospace, electric power industry and other areas.
