SX-400 Supersonic Arc Spray Equipment is a high-efficiency and low energy-consumption product that we develop. It sends two metal wires to the two arc spray gun conductive mouths, which link the anode and the cathode respectively. When the electrical current brings out arc, the heat will melt the metal wire. The compressed air then pulverizes and cools down the melted metal, and sprays the metal particles on the preprocessing surface with a high velocity in order to gain a perfect coating. We produce this equipment so precisely that it can work stably and durably and you can get excellent coatings to meet your needs.
SX-400 is consists of spray power supply and spray gun, with air compressor, air filter and wire feeding shelf as accessories. It uses integrative electro-gas switch to make operation simpler and suitable for aerial work and fieldwork in a long distance. The velocity of pulverized particles reach 420m/s especially up to 600m/s in axis airflow, and the coating deposition rate is above 75%.
