Air heater sootblower

Design/manufacture standard:

 In accordance  with JB/T8501-1996.

Application position: Used  to clean the deposits and ash on the heated surface of rotative air heaters with steam or hing-pressure compressed air.

Principle of Operation:

The motor drives the lance tube to move continuously or in a way of "step forward" or "step backward", Meanwhile, the air heater rotates , with  steam puffing out form several nozzles, finishing the cleaning of the whole air heater.

Installation:

Two - point support, i.e. the wallbox casting at the front of sootblower is welded to the sleeve previously installed inside the air heater,and the rear support is located near the rear of the beam and is affixed to the building steel by "dragon gate" bracket or a hanger rod. The size of maintenance p;atform depends on the travel distance of sootblower.
