Additives for Treatment Agents for Zinc Plating

The zincate zinc plating bath containing JZ-1 additive has simple electrolyte component, easy to maintain, stable performance and strong regeneration ability.
It has high gloss-finishing spread, deposit very bright, particularly suitable for fast brightening of thin deposit
The electrolyte has wide technique range, good throwing power and deep-plating ability. Deposit appearance bright and fine, has excellent corrosion resistance.
The bath with cyanide can be gradually converted to cyanide-free one.

CLZN-5
(1)The CZ-5 brightener consists of CZ-5A primary brightener and CZ-5B. Auxiliary brightener, it has high bright and high leveling ability.
(2)High current efficiency, good deep plating ability, excellent stability. It is a best additive for barrel plating.
(3)The deposit fine-grained, clear and transparent. It is adopted iris,, blue-white, white passivation.

CLZN-10
(1)The product consists of CZ-10A brightener and CZ-10B initiator, has white bright in color of deposit and fast brightening performance.
(2)The deposit has excellent anti-iron impurity ability, available for barrel and rack plating.
(3)Deposit fine-grained has good glosses easy to iris, blue-white and white passivation.
(4)The bath stable, low consumption content.

SZ-30 is used for Sulfate Zinc plating bath. The bath has excellent throwing power and deep plating ability, deposit fine-grained bright, smooth and elegance, except is used for continuous plating of wire, is also suitable for the plating of single parts and sulfate plating for all formulas.

SZ-75Brightener for Sulfate Zinc plating is R&D and produced by our company. Its performance is reached advanced level of international same type brightener.

SZ-88 additive can be used to high speed plating for curling plate, ribbon steel.

CX-2000

ZN-500
(1)The wide technique range. It can be plated when the bath containing Zn metal about 6-24g/l, has high stability.
(2)Excellent toughness when deposit thickness more than 31μm, the deposit still keep soft.
(3)Wide range of operate temperature , when temperature reached 52°C, it can be obtained bright deposit.
(4)The deposit has excellent covering ability and throwing power in low current zone. Especially suitable for rack plating even some has horn and hollow parts, also can be effectly plated zinc deposit.
(5)It has excellent tolerance for impurity in the bath, such as Mg, Ca, Fe and Cr, easy to all kinds of passivation treatment.
