Our company included 2 branch factories with related machining capability. One is silica sol (lost wax) precision casting factory and the other is resin sand casting factory. Our business range from stainless steel casting, heat-resistant steel casting, carbon steel casting, alloy steel casting, abrasion-resistant casting to iron casting . The products are widely used in machinery equipment, chemical equipment, auto parts, marine hardware, hardware tools, medical and foodstuff appliance, construction hardware and otherwise. The current annual production capacity of precision casting is 1000 tons, the weight per piece is from 0.005KG to 50KG; the annual production capacity of sand casting is 10,000 tons, the weight per piece is from 50KG to 5000KG. The production process and equipments are leading the way in China. We own the advanced spectra analysis instrument and mechanical property test equipment and can produce different kinds of castings according to such standards as GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS and so on.
