Jingmen Ruibo Technology Co., Ltd. was established on March 1st, 2011 with a total investment of 235 million and annual output of 12,000 tons of BCF carpet fiber. Its total construction area is 45,000 square meters of which 100 mu is project planning land. And its annual output value is 420 million RMB. The entire project is going to be undertaken in two phases. Our Polyester Bulky Continuous Filament carpet yarn takes recycled waste plastic bottle as raw material, and then uses unique patented technology to spin, so the entire project is a recycleable, no waste discharge, low carbon and eco-friendly project. BCF fiber takes polymer polypropylene or polyester chips as raw material, then through a complex series of physical changes, the material turns to chemical fiber. BCF yarn can not only be used for carpet, automotive carpet weaving, but also used for a variety of decoration weaving, with the advantage of bright color, fading uneasily, good antistatic effect. Its high quality makes it suitable for the production of machine-woven carpets which resembles wool carpet; Semi dull or dull polypropylene BCF yarn has good elasticity after twisting, so it is suitable for cut pile carpet, whose effect can be matched with that of nylon. The main equipment of the project is the world?s most sophisticated Rieter spinning equipment developed by the Swiss Rieter development center. The project sticks to the principle of environment protectiveness, every year 1 million tons of waste bottle can be recycled. We aim to bring the latest technology to the current carpet market via a more durable, reliable, environment protective material.
